AdiPure Flanker leather soft ground rugby boots made by adidas, have been developed with the help of some well known names in the game who are sponsored by adidas and they are; Brad Thorn, Andrew Sheridan,Paul O,Connell, and John Smit.

The new boot is said to offer excellent grip in the scrum with an 8 studded outsole and new shield protection on a wide boot for stronger players. adidas said that after talking to their sponsored players they have made the boot 12% lighter than the previous model, without sacrificing quality or performance.

Uppers with extra Wide Fit,Have been made from a new Super League Leather which is a tougher leather to help provide more forefoot support for those in the scrums. The New Super League has also now been Cemented into leather in the forefoot to help prevent shoe deformation and stretching. This means the boot will keep its shape for longer and mould quickly to the players feet.

Shield protection foam offers additional protection in areas that you need it most. Screw in studs for grip on very soft natural grounds, uses a last that is specifically designed for wider feet. Adidas have also added in Synthetic Print on the heel lining to help prevent heel slippage. This has been implemented to make the boot easier to break in and for increased comfort.
